Someone once said this was our flagship pasty. Could be but we sell lots of different pasties now so look out for our range. We can't always make the full range as time is very on wheels in our shop but we do try our very best. Contains corned beef,
potato, onion and some pepper. Sounds good tastes good.
Think we were the first shop to make cheese pasties in Cardiff back in 1981, had some funny looks then. They are very popular all over now. Contains cheddar, potato, mustard, parmesan, onion and herbs. Simply delicious.
Sometimes called a pattie. hot and spicy can be made with chicken or beef. we generally use beef and chillies and our own blend of spices. These are very popular pasties and sell out each day. Hand crimped and baked. We remember buying these in Broadway
from the Combes Shop. So come and try our version and tell us what you think..
Inspired by a curry flap that was being sold in Birmingham around 1985. Developed into a chicken curry pasty, the same shape too. We only use fresh chicken , not dehydrated. Still a best seller. would go good with a bottle of real ale.
Heres something different.. A Swedish meatball pasty. Made with gravy and onions. Wrapped in a pastry parcel and covered with cheese and then baked. Simple idea and effective . Good seller too. Not too sure if we are the first to think of this idea
but its here to stay.
Fantastic bread. Could the sliced bread, being put in non recyclable plastic bags, be changed to paper bags with a cellophane front? Save the planet!
