This is our latest creation and they are a good seller . we only make them once a week so keep your eyes peeled.
Here we have a danish pastry look alike. Only it is not sweet but savoury. Suggested by Alex our Friend from London who bought and enjoyed these in Australia. Firstly we make the pastry in the traditional way by layering. then we add marmite and
cheese and roll the whole dough up like a swiss roll. the end result is astonishing. Come and buy one but please enjoy your food responsibly.
We use only the best Irish sausage meat for our sausage rolls and our very own hand made puff pastry. These are a really popular item and sometimes we cant meet demand. They are very simple to make and just as easy to eat. Pictured with tools of the
trade before baking.
These are made just the same as the mini sausage rolls but we use chick pea dahl filling for a vegetarian option. Very tasty with a little spicyness. Sometimes we may make some marmite rolls too. The picture shows our butterbean and tomato rolls which
are a pleasant change to the everyday savouries that are available.
We make our own pizzas. While we dont profess to be as good as the Italians, we do try our best to make a decent pizza with a good sauce and nice cheese mix with some different toppings. Good product and a reasonable price.
