|150 g ||Gluten Free Plain White Flour |
|75 g ||Caster Sugar |
|50 g ||Ground Almonds |

|1 ||Pinch of Salt |
|125 g || real butter |
|1 tsp ||Vanilla Essence |
rub all the dry ingredients together then add the softened butter to form a dough.
make into cookie sized balls and place on a baking tray flattened and bake at 150 C.. make them thick if you like them chewy.
