150 g Gluten Free Plain White Flour
75 g Caster Sugar
50 g Ground Almonds
1 Pinch of Salt
125 g  real butter 
1 tsp Vanilla Essence

rub all the dry ingredients together then add the softened butter to form a dough. make into cookie sized balls and place on a baking tray flattened and bake at 150 C.. make them thick if you like them chewy.
